Album description
After last year's trip to the rainbow, Balduin travels further and serve his fourth fresh meal of 22 creative cooked tracks. Some people didn't taste his last album Rainbow Tapes on vinyl, so you can order menu «4». As simply as the album title, Balduin will release it for the first time only on digital stores worldwide.

This album «4» proves Balduin's big talent creating electronic soundtracks for the not yet existing movies. As on his first album Creative Cookery he explores the moody mellow melodic instrumental jazz influenced soundscapes with the certain portion of humor, groove and charm. Balduin spiced this album with some great Pop songs as for example: Karma, My Love (Soon), Magic Sleep.

  1. «4» begins with "Karma" a freaked-out vocal song with provocative and repetitive lyrics, singing "What you see is what you know but it could be that you are wrong".
  2. "In A Better Land" fits for a baroque psychedelic royal tea party out in the green.
  3. "Kratky", a dark and poetic tale from far east with lots of wow and flutter.
  4. "Ghost In The Glass", a spooky alchemy of folklore and breakbeat.
  5. "My Love (Soon)", another britpop vocal earwig, very conform to radio. Balduin dedicated this song to his wife.
  6. "Safeway Shopping" is simply "Aahh", for the good of dancing in a shopping center.
  7. "Chick 'N' Horse", with its horn section, could be used for a commercial such as "let animals give a chance to sing".
  8. "Fred Audio" a shuffled nostalgic cartoon on acid.
  9. "Arctic Suite", a downtempo freezer with lots of trumpets and penguin's choir.
  10. "Celebrate" doesn't need to be explained, just celebrate!
  11. "Balduin Dance" is a "BEEP" more than just a "BEAT", made with lots of Game & Watch handhelds.
  12. "Mother Zero": Balduin gives birds a quite outstanding teach harmony during their breeding season.
  13. "Magic Sleep" meets Elvis praying to the moon for more sleep but the beat goes on.
  14. "All Gone Past" meets Monsieur Hulot in Japan during a "Hanabi" (Firework) night.
  15. "Plastico": Deep beats and holy harmonies. This track needs to be listened more than just once to get understood.
  16. "Mole Goes To Bed", a downtempo track dedicated to "Krtek" and his friends out in the willows.
  17. "Zap" is how to dig and funk the hip.
  18. "Closing Down" meets ice cube beats in a shuffled drink, but unfortunately it's the last round, "gosh".
  19. "Kinky" meets flying mellotron flutes and innocent acoustic guitar.
  20. "Carotine" should be on "Creative Cookery", but the funky carrot didn't fit for the meal. What a lullaby!
  21. "Dream Machine" is a downtempo voyage to your dreamscapes.
  22. "Thank You Very Much" is dedicated to all listeners of this album and the radio speaker says "Good night everybody, good night".
